Community Relations
Payporwax t/a The ITFolks (Pty) Ltd is committed to managing community issues, opportunities and benefits within the areas surrounding our operations. To fulfil this commitment we will:-
- Respect and value the local community traditions and culture
- Develop, implement and maintain management systems to identify, monitor and control existing and potential impacts on the local community
- Develop relationships with local community leaders based on mutual trust and honesty
- Ensure open communication between the company and the local community
- Develop and implement sustainable social investment initiatives through cooperation and participation with the local community
- Ensure the local community is informed and, when required, involved in the operations’ developments
- Provide the local community employment and training opportunities
- Ensure local community leaders have access at reasonable time to the company’s management
- Ensure our personnel understand their role in implementing the requirements of this policy
- Review our community relations policy in order to keep it relevant to stakeholder concerns
